We follow a rigorous process to craft your new CV and career marketing documents. Although we make it as easy and painless as possible, you’ll need to invest some time and energy into this process, too.
Step one: Once we’ve agreed to work together, we’ll send you some homework to complete as part of our exploratory process. We’ll also arrange a time and date for your full executive CV writing consultation, normally conducted via Skype or Zoom. You should expect this call to last around 90 minutes. We’ll be deep-diving into your career, your USP, the value you bring to your current and past employers, and your personal and professional achievements. We’ll also chat about your career motivations and next steps you’d like to take in your professional journey.
Step two: Your draft documents will then be prepared and sent back to you within five working days. (Can’t wait that long? We offer a 48-hour turnaround service if you’re in a rush. Just let us know before you book your service.)
Step three: Once we’ve worked together to finalise your drafts, the completed documents will be prepared and send out to you within two working days.
